  • Order Processing Time
    • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after order confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    • Since many Jaipurist products are artisan-made or sourced from local regions, some items may require additional handling time. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed.

  • Shipping Timeline
    • Domestic Shipping (India):
      Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
    • International Shipping:
      Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

      Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

  • Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
    • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

  • Order Tracking
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
    • You can use this link to monitor your shipment status until delivery.

  • International Orders & Customs
    • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Jaipurist is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

  • Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
    • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
    • Jaipurist is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    • If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments
    • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
    • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
